Together with our clients, we agree on a price that matches the client’s needs and as a rule is based on an hourly fee system. Our fees, administrative costs and, if applicable, VAT are listed on our fee statements.

Our general terms and conditions apply to all of our services. Our general terms and conditions are available in English and Portuguese, and can be requested by clients free of charge. Only Belgian law applies to each aspect of our services and the Belgian courts are exclusively competent to rule on disputes relating to our services.
